Hi everyone!

On one of my regular trips to Michael’s I spotted a new yarn on the shelf: Bernat Felted. It looked cozy and warm and perfect for a fall plushie. The result was better than I ever could have imagined.

I’ve been trying to use up some of the yarn in my stash before buying mine in an effort to save space and money. I had some leftover faux fur yarn and combined the two for this cute crochet bat.

Starry Night Bat Amigurumi

The starry night bat crochet pattern is an intermediate-level. Finished bat plushie is 12 inches tall by 20 inches wide. Textured yarn is used to create this soft and squishy plushie, which can be difficult for beginners to work with. Two yarn and hook sizes are used in this pattern. The use of a stitch marker and row counter is highly recommended.
